Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis to evaluate financial performance and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis to identify KPIs, trends, and actionable business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data management and quality control.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize financial operations and efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance financial analysis and reporting.
