Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, analytics, model building).
• Knowledge of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow interrelations.
• Ability to present complex data in a simple way and to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product and customer profitability analysis through gross margin, focusing on material and manufacturing costs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to analyze gross margin drivers and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product-level costing models and margin reporting tools to support pricing decisions.
• Perform variance analysis on material costs and drive corrective actions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly material margin, cost, and profitability reports for leadership.
• Monitor cost changes and identify cost-reduction opportunities and design-to-cost initiatives.
• Support annual plans, forecasts, and long-range planning with detailed cost models.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and projects to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
