General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial operations for the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program, including forecasting, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting.

You will prepare budgetary and reconciliation reports to track expenditures and interact with provider billing offices. The role involves partnering with operations teams to ensure financial controls and compliance with federal requirements, and to deliver insights

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or program financial management in Healthcare or related operations.
• Experience supporting financial management for complex programs, including multiple stakeholders (program leadership, operations, contracts, and compliance).
• Ability to build and maintain detailed financial models and reporting tools in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, scenario analysis).
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support financial operations, forecasting, payment processing, and reporting for the WTC Health Program.
• Produce budgetary forecasts and spend plans to inform Program funding management using statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Create routine and ad hoc financial reporting and dashboards for internal and external customers, highlighting healthcare costs by fiscal appropriation and spend type.
