Job summary

SAIC is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to own financial management and analysis functions within the Program Management Team. You will provide in-depth financial insights, support budget management, and forecasting, with leadership in EAC and ETC oversight, subcontractor financials, and direct costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting T&M and FFP contracts or task orders, including ETC/EAC metrics.
• Experience in financial analysis, project cost management, or program cost management.
• Experience reviewing travel expenses under Federal Travel Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAIC policies to ensure proper contract setup.
• Liaise with Program Manager on rate, budget, utilization and chargeability metrics.
• Price, model, and manage T&M and FFP contracts including margin analysis and risk assessment.
• Support internal and program control processes.
• Develop EAC and ETC, balance sheet analysis, and invoice generation; explain monthly variances.
• Analyze metrics, support monthly financial reviews, advise Project Management.
