Palm Beach State College is seeking a Financial Aid Manager to oversee daily operations of the campus Financial Aid Office. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and manage award disbursements while coordinating across campus locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of related experience, with some evening and weekend hours and travel to other PBSC locations. Base pay starts at $53,677 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Four years of related experience
• FERPA within 30 days of employment
• Regular physical attendance required
• Must not be debarred from Title IV Programs, and not in default on Title IV student loans
• Some periods throughout the year will require extended work hours including nights, weekends, and college closures

Responsibilities
