Thrivent is hiring a Virtual Financial Advisor in Milwaukee for a hybrid role. You’ll re-engage existing clients, schedule meaningful appointments, and deliver tailored financial guidance via phone, video, and screens. Training, certifications, and a path to leadership are provided.

You’ll use Thrivent Planning Platform, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and Morningstar to support clients, with a base hourly pay and bonuses, aiming for long-term growth in a Fortune 500 framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA licenses (7, 63/65 or 66) or obtain within 90 days.
• State life/health/variable licenses or obtain within 90 days.
• Eligible to be registered and licensed in all 50 states.
• Satisfactory background check (criminal and financial).

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with confidence and clarity to build plans.
• Guide clients in line with Thrivent’s mission and values to achieve financial goals.
• Meet with clients virtually and provide personal, actionable advice.
• Leverage available tools to connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Support collaboration within a team and contribute to client success.
