Humana, Inc. is seeking a strategic Lead – Finance Strategy, Special Projects and Solution Design to drive high-impact initiatives across Finance, including process improvement, operating model transformation, and technology-enabled solutions.

The role partners with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to shape requirements, design outcomes, and execute programs from concept through implementation, delivering measurable value and improved decision-making.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in strategy, transformation, or related discipline.
• Two+ years leading complex projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic projects focused on process improvement, solution design, operating model transformation, and automation opportunities across Finance.
• Partner with Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess business needs, define requirements, and design solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve Finance capabilities and performance.
• Support the development and evolution of Finance target-state capabilities, operating models, and strategic roadmaps.
• Analyze operational, financial, and strategic considerations to help leaders evaluate investment options and decisions.
• Drive execution of approved initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration and best-practice sharing across Finance and partner organizations.
• Lead cross-functional efforts requiring coordination across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Governance, and business teams.
• Develop presentations, recommendations, and executive-level communications that articulate objectives, progress, outcomes, and value.
• Support organizational change management activities, including communications, training, and capability-building.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and value metrics.
