Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, process improvement, solution design, or related.
• 2+ years leading complex projects or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to assess business challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects on process improvement, solution design, operating model transformation, and automation opportunities across Finance.
• Partner with Finance leaders to assess needs, define requirements, and design solutions addressing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve Finance capabilities.
• Support development of Finance target-state capabilities, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Analyze investments and decisions to help leaders evaluate options.
• Drive execution of initiatives with planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Finance and partner teams.
• Coordinate across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Governance, and business units.
• Support portfolio management with prioritization, sequencing, budgeting, and value measurement.
• Develop presentations and executive communications outlining objectives and outcomes.
• Support change management with communications and training.
• Monitor KPIs and value metrics to measure impact.
