Job summary

Campus is hiring dedicated Finance Teaching Assistants to support live, online college courses. TAs build relationships with students, help them stay organized, and provide timely feedback in collaboration with the Instructor.

This role suits aspiring educators, grads, and professionals eager to impact historically underserved students. As part of the instructional team, you will mentor learners, attend lectures, and help students develop professional skills while maintaining flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage students.
• Comfort with LMS and video conferencing tools.
• Passion for student success and helping learners stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Support and grade assignments for a group of 30-40 students in an 11-week online course.
• Act as a mentor and coach to students as they learn new skills and develop professionally.
• Attend lectures within the 11-week online course and lead discussion sections.
• Host weekly office hours to deepen understanding and build community.
