OpenKrill is seeking dedicated Finance Teaching Assistants for our live, online college courses. You’ll build meaningful relationships with students, keep them engaged, and help them stay on track throughout the term.

This role suits aspiring educators, grad students, and professionals who want to positively impact diverse learners. As part of the instructional team, TAs work with the Instructor to provide timely feedback and academic support, attend lectures, mentor students, and lead

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students.
• Strong communication skills and passion for student success.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms (LMS, video conferencing).
• Available to commit 4–6 hours per week, with some training flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Support and grade assignments for 30–40 students in an 11‑week online course.
• Act as a mentor and coach to students as they learn and develop professionally.
• Attend lectures within the 11‑week online course.
• Lead discussion sections to reinforce key concepts.
• Host weekly office hours to deepen understanding and build community.
• Communicate with students regularly and respond to messages promptly.
• Help students stay motivated and build strong academic habits.
