DIRECTV is offering a Summer Intern position in the Tax team. This remote 10-week program lets you work on internal tax processes and data-driven initiatives that impact the company’s financials.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a 4-year undergrad or advanced degree in Tax, Accounting or Finance with strong Excel, Power BI and data storytelling skills. SQL experience is a plus; you will present insights to leaders and collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree or advanced degree in Tax, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong numerical and data analytics skills with ability to visualize data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to leaders.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drivers of California property tax values.
• Conduct financial analysis around pending tax legislation impacting customers and DIRECTV.
• Perform SQL reporting from Snowflake.
