Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to support and optimize the enterprise finance systems ecosystem. You will serve as the primary administrator for finance applications, manage access, and coordinate across Finance, IT, and Operations in multi-entity environments.

The role requires 5+ years in financial systems with hands-on ERP administration, strong accounting knowledge, and experience with integrations, APIs, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting financial systems, business applications, ERP platforms, or enterprise software solutions.
• Hands-on experience administering at least one major ERP or financial management platform (such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday Financials).
• Strong understanding of core accounting and financial processes (accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, planning, payroll, or treasury).
• Experience supporting application integrations, APIs, SFTP connections, automated data feeds, and middleware platforms.
• Proven experience with user security administration, role management, and access governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Maintenance: Serve as the primary administrator for enterprise finance applications and related platform technologies.
• Administer user access, security roles, permissions, approval workflows, master data, and core system configurations.
• Perform routine maintenance activities including metadata updates, table maintenance, configuration adjustments, and periodic audits.
• Support internal controls, audit compliance requirements, and system access governance standards.
