Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Strategic Project Lead, Finance Expertise, to own end-to-end finance data projects for high-profile AI Lab clients. This remote, full-time role demands strong stakeholder management and a startup mindset to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalable data pipelines.

You will lead teams of data professionals, collaborate with engineers, and report executive updates on progress, data performance and operational impact. Compensation ranges from $400K to $550K per year.

Qualifications

• Finance domain knowledge or strong exposure to financial systems and data.
• Experience leading large finance-driven data projects or complex workflows.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end for top AI Lab clients.
• Manage finance-specific data pipelines for accuracy and scalability.
• Lead teams of Human Data Managers and Leads reviewing SME work in Finance.
• Communicate with top AI Labs on high-impact projects.
• Define and optimize KPIs across finance-driven workflows with data engineers.
• Provide executive updates on projects, data performance, and impact.
