Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Aufgaben

• Review patient claims and account activity to meet payer-specific requirements.
• Follow up on billing, correspondence, outstanding accounts, adjustments, and updates.
• Prepare patient charges and claims using UB-04 and 1500 forms.
• Maintain accurate payer, physician, template, accounts receivable, and department data.
• Coordinate with Patient Financial Services to resolve billing questions and improve outcomes.
• Provide guidance to teammates on established processes as experience grows.
• Work in a high-volume environment with productivity expectations.
