Rocketdyne is seeking a Lead, Finance – Oracle Functional Support to act as the primary functional expert for Oracle Financials (R12). The role sits at the Finance/IT intersection, supporting Oracle users, improving system performance, and ensuring financial data accuracy to enable fast, confident decision-making.

The position is remote, with collaboration across Finance, IT Applications, and related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant Finance experience.
• Graduate degree and at least 7 years of relevant Finance experience.
• Alternative: 13 years of relevant Finance experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Oracle Financials (R12) and cross‑functional finance IT collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle Financials (R12).
• Partner with Finance and IT to define requirements and improvements.
• Support data loads, testing, configuration, upgrades, and user training.
• Ensure governance, controls, and accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional interactions across Finance, Payroll, AP, and more.
