Job summary

Kaplan seeks an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead to drive full lifecycle Oracle Fusion projects, bridging finance users with technical teams across GL, AP, AR, FA, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory and Manufacturing.

You will prepare detailed specs, troubleshoot issues, and guide end-user training while supporting month-end close and upgrades. Remote nationwide USA. Strong communication and problem-solving required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with a strong focus on Financials and Supply Chain.
• Deep understanding of Financial Accounting, Accounting Processes, and Manufacturing Processes.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bridging technical and functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear functional/technical specifications.
• Experience in creating and delivering end-user training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects from requirements to deployment and support.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and finance users for clear requirement understanding.
• Provide functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory and Manufacturing.
• Write detailed functional and technical specs for customizations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in Oracle Fusion apps.
• Assist finance teams with month-end close and ongoing support.
• Create and maintain training documents, videos, and end-user materials.
• Lead teams in quarterly patch testing and smooth upgrades.
• Work with Oracle product support to log and track service requests.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong time management and organization skills.
