Job summary

Stericycle is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support Regulated Waste Compliance Services across locations with remote work options. The role focuses on identifying executional failures, improving billing accuracy and timeliness, and ensuring revenue procedures comply with company controls.

You will compile weekly and monthly data analyses, coordinate corrective actions with Facility Management, and track improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports to identify the root cause of operational failures.
• Conduct weekly and monthly calls with Facility Management to review identified failures and detail corrective actions required to reduce errors.
• Perform Facility audits to identify and analyze procedural weaknesses that do not align with defined standard operating procedures.
• Perform monthly route audits by compiling and documenting all detected debrief errors.
• Define corrective actions for drivers to improve performance in alignment with standard operating procedures.
• Analyze unbilled data in Steriworks, correct discrepancies and provide feedback to Facility Management.
• Provide support for special projects, team coverage, training, and testing when required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
