Job summary

e360 is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage end-to-end financial operations for Microsoft NCE cloud services. This hybrid role requires collaboration with technical and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy, maximize cash flow, and governance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in AR/FinOps, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Sage, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or NetSuite. Office in Brentwood or Irvine 3 days/week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash application, or FinOps.
• Experience in high-volume month-end close environments.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Manage day-to-day cloud billing, invoicing, and consumption tracking across NCE platforms.
• Month-End Support: Support month-end close, accruals, forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Process Development: Develop and maintain financial workflows for cloud consumption and reporting accuracy.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee customer accounts, aging, and receivables status.
• Collections Outreach: Drive timely collections via phone and email.
• Cash Application: Apply payments across remittance channels with high accuracy.
• Dispute Resolution: Reconcile accounts, investigate variances, and resolve issues.
• Portal Management: Submit invoices and docs through customer portals and monitor approvals.
• Account Maintenance: Prepare credits, research unapplied cash, document activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with leadership and teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
