Job summary

International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP) is seeking a Finance Manager to own financial strategy and operational finance. You will lead budgets, FP&A, accounting operations, and reporting for a growing global nonprofit.

Required: finance/accounting degree, 3+ years in nonprofit finance, CPA preferred, experience with QuickBooks/Xero and Stripe/PayPal. Remote-friendly role based in Reston, VA with US-wide scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on financial analysis, budget management, or nonprofit financial administration.
• Experience with cloud accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and spreadsheet modeling.
• CPA designation or prior nonprofit financial leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and multi-year financial strategies.
• Conduct FP&A to inform executive and board decisions.
• Manage all accounting operations: income tracking, expenses, payroll, reconciliations, month-end/year-end close.
