Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, invites applications for a Senior Manager, Product Management within the Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology product management organization. You will lead forecasting and analytics products across Commercial Engines Finance and Military Programs, defining vision, roadmaps, and collaboration with engineering, cloud, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience with Agile software delivery practices and expectations.
• Demonstrated data-driven decision making including market intelligence and usage metrics.
• Proven ability to prioritize to meet critical business needs and schedules.
• Experience in full product lifecycle management from concept to adoption.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy.
• U.S. Person required due to government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple forecasting and analytics products spanning finance, maintenance/logistics, operations, and military programs.
• Establish product strategies, roadmaps, priorities and success measures aligned with PW Digital’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, cloud, security, architecture, and DevOps teams for secure, sustainable delivery.
• Balance user needs, business impact, technical complexity and lifecycle health.
• Define and communicate product KPIs, milestones, dependencies and investment tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, maintenance and retirement.
• Apply user-centered design, iterative discovery, prototyping and user interviews.
• Partner with Agile teams on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, MVPs, releases and improvement.
• Evaluate emerging digital opportunities prioritized across Pratt & Whitney.
