Resilient Strategies LLC seeks an LLC Finance Manager to oversee accounting for multiple network entities, ensuring precise movements of money between partners and a clean audit trail. The role combines cross- departmental collaboration with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and impact within a movement-supporting organization.

This full-time position is remote or hybrid, with occasional Bay Area travel for retreats and meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Experience with LLC financial management.
• Experience with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage LLC book management, including revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee monthly close, accounts receivable, partner billing, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Provide monthly financials and invoices to network LLCs; manage invoicing and revenue reporting.
