Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Finance Manager to join a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This remote position will own core finance operations, lead the monthly close, revenue recognition, billing, and forecasting, and partner with cross-functional teams for timely, reliable data.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting or finance, a Bachelor's in a related field (CPA preferred), strong US GAAP knowledge, and experience with SaaS billing and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally in public accounting and high-growth companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, including accrual accounting and revenue recognition.
• Experience managing month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting independently.
• Proficiency in building or maintaining financial models and forecasts.
• Experience with SaaS accounting or subscription billing models is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy in journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing aligned with contracts.
• Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages and support audit readiness.
• Maintain and update the financial model, leading forecasting and budgeting efforts.
