Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Finance Student to gain hands-on experience across finance functions in a corporate setting. You will manage tasks for multiple managers, support reconciliations, journal entries, and daily processing, and participate in research, data collection, and reporting activities.

This role emphasizes collaboration, analytical thinking, and communication as you prepare analyses for internal management while assisting with special projects and meetings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical, written communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Power BI or Tableau preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage several ongoing tasks and projects for various managers
• Support finance and accounting operational work, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and daily processing
• Perform market and industry research projects and reporting, data collection, consolidation and presentation
• Prepare analysis and reports for internal management in collaboration with the team
• Assist with special projects and documentation efforts
• Attend and contribute to meetings
• Provide administrative assistance
• Other duties as assigned
