Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking motivated analytics interns to join the Employee Benefits team for the summer. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in distribution, product, underwriting, finance, and operations as part of a collaborative team.

You will help drive revenue growth, improve sales effectiveness, and support initiatives with data-driven insights. This internship emphasizes learning, teamwork, and real impact in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Dependable, quick learner who is independent and works well with others.
• Strong analytical, written communication and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Tableau preferred.
• Knowledge of finance, insurance industry, investment fields, insurance products or operations is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethics and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage several ongoing tasks and projects for various managers.
• Responsible for market and industry research projects and reporting, data collection, consolidation, and presentation, and other communications support activities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on key findings and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively to prepare analysis and reports for internal management.
• Assist with special projects and documentation efforts.
• Attend and contribute to meetings.
• Provide administrative assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
