Hyatt Shared Service Center seeks a Manager - Finance Evolution to lead a portfolio of finance transformation initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Technology, and business teams to design scalable solutions, automate processes, and strengthen controls, improving colleague experience and decision making.

You will manage roadmaps, build business cases, and measure outcomes while driving organizational change in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading finance transformation, continuous improvement, or business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Evolution portfolio from ideation through implementation, aligning with Finance priorities.
• Develop and maintain the Finance Evolution roadmap and measure realized value.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and partner with technology to deliver automation, dashboards, and analytics.
