Job summary

Launchpad Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to guide international customers through ERP and SaaS implementations, focusing on Finance, AP, and Spend Management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ERPs, Financial Systems, or SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to balance Project Management and Functional Consulting duties during software rollouts.
• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or Spend Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing implementation projects, tracking timelines, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Leading functional consulting activities, including discovery sessions to identify business requirements.
• Understanding customers' finance and procurement processes.
• Translating business needs into system configuration following best practices.
• Advising customers on process improvements, 3-way matching rules, and automation opportunities.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and Go-Live activities.
• Helping customers successfully adopt the platform and maximize business value.
• Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
