Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data, or financial modeling environments.
• 1+ year of people leadership experience.
• Background in healthcare, financial, and analytical data.
• Strong ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience working across functions in a matrixed organization.
• Preferred: degree in finance, economics, statistics, CS, math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and analytics work aligned to priorities and performance.
• Coordinate across finance, accounting, actuarial, and network teams.
• Develop analytic methodologies and data pipelines.
