Job summary

FSI Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury across multi-state operations. You will work with the President/CEO, manage banking relations, and oversee payroll for 600+ employees under varied union contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA license required.
• Master's degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years of managerial accounting experience in a senior position.
• Minimum of 3 years of Federal Government contracting experience.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with accounting and forecasting systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the timely preparation of all financial statements for the organization and related entities as well as governmental agency reports.
• Oversee the control environment, ensuring Sox Compliance.
• Aligning to shareholder reporting requirements, month end/quarter end/year end and adhoc.
• Supervise all accounting functions ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements, including DCAA, DCMA, FAR and CAS.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury functions, including cash flow projections.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks and develop plans to minimize exposures.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets with Executive Team; identify variances and action plans.
• Prepare operational and financial reports, KPI metrics and analysis.
• Provide recommendations to improve margins and operating decisions.
• Supervise payroll for 600+ employees across states and unions; SCA and DBA wage requirements.
