Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university; graduate courses/experience in finance and budgeting.
• MBA and/or CPA highly desirable for advanced leadership and compliance.
• 10+ years in progressive financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate, property management, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Manages the preparation and administration of TAP's budget and advises others on budgeting.
• Manages submission of reports and timely draw-downs of accounts receivable.
• Develops and implements financial systems and controls.
• Advises TAP officials on all financial matters.
• Maintains the financial and accounting system for TAP.
• Prepares annual fiscal statements and other financial reports.
• Prepares RFPs for auditors, pension, and health care administration.
• Coordinates with independent auditors and reviews financial records.
• Maintains liability insurance for TAP.
• Oversees planning and implementation of changes in fiscal controls and data processing.
• Updates the financial procedures manual as required.
• Collaborates with organizations providing technical assistance; supports TAP goals.
• Performs other duties as required.
