Degy seeks a Finance Director to lead our global financial operations, reporting to the CEO and guiding strategy. You will oversee planning, treasury, contracts, and international revenue with a focus on fiscal integrity and scalable growth.

Remote role in the United States; 8+ years of senior finance leadership, CPA/CMA preferred, and strong GAAP expertise are required. Start date is November 2026, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree a plus; 8+ years of leadership in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Develop models to support growth strategy and decisions.
• Partner with CEO on strategic planning and risk management.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and legal partners.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and multi-currency operations.
