Job summary

Univera Healthcare is seeking a Finance Data Consultant to support the Finance division by managing Workday Foundation Data Model, Workday Finance processes, and related configurations. The role collaborates across the organization to ensure data quality and timely financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Four years of direct experience with finance systems and accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Working knowledge of an ERP application; Workday and Adaptive Planning strongly preferred.
• Strong data analytical skill working with Finance and Healthcare preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel, data analysis and formatting.
• Experience with SQL, VBA or other relative programming language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in administration and configuration across finance technologies, including Workday Accounting Center and Prism solutions, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Workday Financials.
• Tests configuration and deployment of new projects & enhancements for finance functions and reporting.
• Translates business requirements into technology solutions.
• Acts as a consultant to Finance to improve process, quality and timeliness of financial accounting, reporting and analysis.
• Maintains accounting translation tables/rules to support new products and regulatory needs.
• Identifies data issues and recommends mitigation solutions.
