Job summary

Qualifications

• Mid-careerwith Masters and 1-2 yrs experience; or Bachelors and 2-4 yrs experience.
• Experience with pre- and post-award financial management.
• Payroll forecasting experience.
• Understanding regulations from funding agencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience creating spreadsheets and formulas in Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget execution and expenditures for a portfolio of investigators.
• Handle pre-award and post-award financial management activities.
• Develop budgets, work with subcontractors, and process forms (CAYUSE, RAMSeS).
• Reconcile transactions, project personnel/non-personnel projections, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with OSP and central offices; ensure compliance with funding rules.
