Metabase is hiring a quantitative generalist for the Finance & Analytics team to own a portfolio of analytical projects and build automated systems. You will establish authoritative metric definitions, evaluate drivers of changes, and coordinate with external specialists as needed.

This role focuses on systems thinking, data-driven decisions, and partnering across sales, product, and operations. Base US compensation reflects market norms for a senior generalist.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background with focus on metrics and data quality.
• Ability to define authoritative metric definitions and automate data workflows.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing dependencies.
