Job summary

Confidential is seeking Remote Finance AI Trainers to craft realistic finance tasks and evaluate frontier AI models. This fully remote, flexible role requires strong finance background and excellent written communication.

The contractor will design tasks, brief trusted colleagues, and assess AI outputs with rigorous rubrics. Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in corporate or investment finance, a finance-related degree, and proficiency in building and auditing models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate or investment finance.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in finance, economics, business, or a quantitative field.
• Ability to build and audit models at a practitioner level, not only consume their outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design finance tasks with scenario prompts and supporting files created by you.
• Run tasks through frontier AI models and evaluate against standard.
• Compare model outputs and document differences and improvements.
• Create detailed grading rubrics explaining pass/fail criteria and rationale.
