Job summary

MissionHires is seeking experienced finance professionals to design realistic finance tasks for AI evaluation. You will create scenarios, prompts, and supporting files, and run tasks through frontier AI models against professional standards.

This role leverages deep FP&A, valuation, and underwriting knowledge to test AI performance. You will document findings, build grading rubrics, and provide actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in finance, economics, business, or quantitative field.
• Hands-on finance experience (2+ years preferred) and ability to work with real-world data.
• Ability to build and audit financial models (three-statement, DCF, comps, etc.).
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to explain complex reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, realistic finance tasks based on professional workflows.
• Run finance tasks through frontier AI models and evaluate outputs against standards.
• Compare AI model outputs and document strengths and shortcomings.
• Create detailed grading rubrics: assumptions, calculations, risks, and recommendations.
