Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Water Treatment Service Technician to deliver field-based service for water treatment systems. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and on-site solutions for boilers, cooling towers, and process systems, with some travel.

The role emphasizes hands-on cleaning, lab testing, and proactive service planning, in a remote position supporting customers nationwide. Training and growth opportunities accompany competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field experience using mechanical principles.
• Experience in the water treatment industry a plus.
• Must be able to perform physical work in HVAC, cooling towers, or boiler environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose water treatment equipment: reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, and other treatment/conditioning systems.
• Provide routine preventative maintenance: inspection, cleaning, calibration.
• Identify additional service needs and develop customized solutions for customers.
• Perform assigned lab testing and sampling.
• Schedule service and sales calls and produce regular reports.
• Maintain customer chemical inventory and handle physical materials safety.
• Travel up to 35% as required.
