Job summary

Elevate, part of the Amrize family, seeks a Field Technical Representative to support Warranty/Technical Services across the Central Kansas region. This remote, field-based role covers training, inspections and issue resolution for commercial roofing systems.

You’ll train contractors on Elevate, GenFlex and Gaco products, perform warranty investigations, and provide on-site technical assistance to architects, designers and installers, while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Architecture.
• DD214 verification for MOS (Active duty)
• High school diploma with 10 years construction experience in a Commercial Roofing Foreman or Superintendent role, or as a Technical Representative for a commercial roofing manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Educate contractors on Elevate, GenFlex, and Gaco product application per specs.
• Review installation deviations and determine acceptance per system requirements.
• Provide feedback on literature, specs, and assemblies to ensure accuracy.
• Develop strong customer relationships and maintain customer confidence.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE protocols in all work environments.
• Investigate and troubleshoot roofing installation and product quality issues to determine root cause and resolution.
• Manage customer expectations throughout investigations and troubleshooting.
