Job summary

Capstone Search Advisors partners with a growing provider of commercial laundry solutions to identify a Field Technical Manager – Commercial Laundry Systems. The role leads installations, programming, troubleshooting, service and technical support for auto-dosing and dispensing systems.

The position offers a home office with periodic travel to Cleveland, OH headquarters for meetings, training and collaboration; regular overnight travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, installation, technical support, or technical management.
• Experience with commercial dispensing, chemical dosing, pumping, or fluid-handling equipment.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting pumps, injection systems, electronic controls, and machine interfaces.
• Familiarity with vended/commercial washer and dryer platforms.
• Experience working directly with equipment manufacturers and technology partners.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read technical documentation, wiring diagrams, or equipment specifications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel.
• Commercial laundry, chemical dispensing, water treatment, industrial equipment, or related technical experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, startup, programming, and commissioning of systems.
• Troubleshoot pumps, injection systems, and electronic controls.
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers, contractors, distributors, and internal teams.
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Serve as technical liaison with manufacturers, partners, contractors, and vendors.
• Support equipment configuration, testing, and system optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers and service personnel.
• Document installations, troubleshooting, configurations, and service needs.
• Assist in evaluating new equipment and technologies for laundry applications.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and project locations, including overnight travel.
