Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Field Service professional to provide critical field and technical support to sales representatives and customers, ensuring optimum product satisfaction. The role is remote and reports to the Field Service Manager.

The position involves diagnosing and resolving boiler-related issues, startup, tuning, and commissioning, plus collaboration with Engineering to improve service procedures. Significant travel is required (60–70%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in commercial heating/domestic hot water.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic controls and hardware.
• Knowledge of steam and gas-fired equipment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for commercial boilers, providing technical support to customers, representatives, and service technicians regarding product performance, troubleshooting, and service issues.
