Job summary

QuidelOrtho Corporation is seeking a Field Service Representative for the Quebec City region. This remote role includes a company car, gas card, cell phone, and laptop, with vehicle maintenance covered by the company. The ideal candidate resides in the Quebec City region to serve the territory effectively.

You will install, troubleshoot, repair, test and certify electronic medical devices, serving hospitals across Quebec and other provinces as needed. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a community college or university graduate in electronic/biomedical engineering or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and French is required.
• Superior oral and written English, strong analytical skills, high drive and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills for multi-project priorities.
• Safe driving skills and legal ability to travel to the US for training.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, test and certify the full range of electronic medical devices needing field service.
• Provide service to hospitals across Quebec and other provinces when required.
• Accurately complete all paperwork for service calls and scheduled PMs.
• Assist Account Managers with client presentations and trade shows as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
