Job summary

Munters Field Service Technicians travel to customer sites to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment. You will diagnose malfunctions and provide training on Munters equipment while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This role requires 3–5 years in HVAC, travel up to 80%, and the ability to obtain CFC/EPA certifications within 90 days. Proficiency in PLCs and MS Office is preferred, with a focus on safety and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or HVAC-related training required.
• 3-5 years in commercial/industrial HVAC or HVAC/R vocational training.
• Ability to travel 80%+ and via plane.
• Able to obtain CFC Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with HVAC/Refrigeration systems; PLC knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform service and support.
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions on equipment.
• Provide customer training on Munters equipment.
• Submit detailed field service reports with technical feedback.
• Communicate professionally with customers in person, in writing and by phone.
• Promote sales and service on company equipment.
