The role requires extensive travel (80%), HVAC/refrigeration experience, and the ability to obtain a CFC certification within 90 days. WML safety standards apply and equipment is provided.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in commercial/industrial HVAC
• Willing to travel 80%+ including air travel
• Able to obtain CFC certification within 90 days
• Experience with HVAC/refrigeration systems
• PLC knowledge preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Basic electrical schematic knowledge

Aufgaben

• Travel to customer sites to service and support equipment.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions on HVAC equipment.
• Provide customer training on Munters equipment.
• Submit detailed field service reports and feedback on equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers in-person, by phone, and in writing.
