Job summary

Munters is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites and safely repair, troubleshoot, and maintain dehumidification equipment. The role requires independent work and strong diagnostic skills.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in HVAC and be able to obtain a CFC Certification within 90 days. 80% travel and plane travel are expected; EPA-608/CFC licenses are highly valued.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• HVAC school or equivalent.
• English language primary.
• 3-5 years’ experience in commercial/industrial HVAC.
• Travel up to 80% and travel by plane.
• May obtain CFC Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with HVAC/Refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform service and support.
• Diagnose and fix malfunctions on equipment.
• Provide training on Munters equipment.
• Submit detailed field service reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner.
• Promote sales and service on equipment.
