Job summary

Hitachi Global Air Power US, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Sullair rotary products at customer sites in the Boise, ID or Twin Falls, ID areas. This role requires travel, after-hours support, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability.

You will perform on-site maintenance, document service details, and participate in training programs to stay current with technologies while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Associate degree or technical schooling preferred for advancement.
• Sullair technician training and EPA/compressed air certifications are favorable.

Responsibilities

• Performs service on Sullair rotary products with minimal supervision.
• Travel to field sites for troubleshooting and service of Sullair and competitive rotary products.
• Follow standard work for pre/post service prep, submit expense reports and complete timecards.
• On-call after hours for customer support and urgent issues.
• Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate distributor feedback to Sullair management and drive field issues to closure.
