Job summary

Hitachi Global Air Power is seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to maintain and service Sullair rotary products at customer sites. You will install, troubleshoot, and document service activities while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 2-3 years of compressor experience, ability to travel, and strong communication in English; safe operation of a company vehicle is required, with the tools provided by the company and your own toolkit.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of air compressor commissioning and maintenance experience.
• Experience with rotary screw oil-free compressors is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs service on Sullair rotary products without supervision.
• Travel to field sites for troubleshooting and service.
• Submit expense reports and complete service reports.
• On-call after hours support as scheduled.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety policies.
• Document service visits and generate reports with actions.
• Collaborate with Hitachi teams to address field concerns.
• Ensure service within 95% department target.
• Operate company vehicle safely and comply with policies.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
