The role emphasizes on-site preventive maintenance and effective customer service across supported basins in Minnesota, Iowa, or Missouri. Operations involve using diverse test equipment and schematics, with supervision for routine installations and adjustments.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of customer service concepts; ability to meet customer needs and provide excellent service.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot on turbomachinery and package systems.
• Experience with field service activities and preventive maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot equipment at customer location using tools and diagrams.
• Perform on-site preventive maintenance and inspection services, call-out services and commissioning activities.
• Use test equipment and refer to schematics/manufacturer specs under supervision.
• Perform routine installations and adjustments within normal procedures.
• Support the local customer base in Minnesota, Iowa or Missouri while remote work is possible.
