You will inspect, maintain, overhaul, and repair equipment, lead startup and performance testing, and document findings for continuous improvement.

The role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, ability to read drawings, and up-to-date safety certifications, with extensive travel (75–100%).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical degrees preferred.
• At least 3 years servicing turboexpanders or rotating equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and repair capabilities.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Experience with precision measurement and alignment tools.
• Proficient computer skills for service reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to travel 75–100% and obtain site safety clearances.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, overhauls, and repairs per OEM procedures and industry standards.
• Support startup, commissioning, and performance testing of turboexpander systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and operational issues; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed service reports with findings, recommendations, and performance metrics.
• Interpret complex drawings and specifications to guide maintenance approaches.
• Perform alignment, vibration analysis, and bearing inspections using precision tools.
• Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and project managers to meet timelines.
• Maintain safety compliance and environmental regulations; train customer personnel as needed.
• Manage field service tools, equipment, and inventory; keep accurate service records.
