Job summary

DC Group Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer for UPS systems in a fully remote nationwide role across the United States.

The position focuses on analyzing, testing, troubleshooting UPS units and providing on-site/off-site support to ensure uninterrupted power for critical infrastructure. You should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, and experience with multiple UPS brands is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field.
• Experience with Liebert, Powerware, MGE, APC, Chloride, Mitsubishi, Toshiba UPS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, test and troubleshoot complex UPS problems.
• Install, update, manage and maintain UPS software.
• Diagnose and repair UPS systems.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively and adapt to changing field conditions.
