Job summary
LECO, a leader in laboratory instrumentation, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana with regular field travel. This is a full-time remote, salaried position with a $5,000 signing bonus, ideally based near Dallas, TX.
You will perform preventive maintenance, install new systems, and train customers, all while adhering to LECO's ISO standards. Structured training will be provided, with nationwide shadowing and annual headquarters sessions.
Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree or trade school, or military technical training.
- Prior military with technical training preferred.
- Equivalent work experience or training in a technical field.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on analytical and metallographic instrumentation.
- Installation of new systems plus deployment of updates and upgrade kits.
- Customer training covering instrument theory, operation, software, and maintenance best practices.
- Execution of all service activities in compliance with LECO's ISO accreditation.
