Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair assigned VMS equipment within service territory.
- Manage time and schedule for preventive maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
- Escalate incidents and request assistance when needed.
- Repair and calibrate imaging equipment to VMS guidelines.
- Maintain reports and documentation for field service activities.
- Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication.
